We make our own CMM lines – the Revolution® HB Shop Floor series, and the Revolution® LM Lab Grade series – in house, fully equipped for all Renishaw technology including probe heads, touch probes, scanning probes, incremental encoder scale systems, change racks, styli, Modus software, and everything in between.

Introducing the new Renishaw PH20+ Probe System. The PH20 Plus now brings up to 300mm of reach to the 5-Axis metrology systems we design and build at AIMS. We have worked closely with both Renishaw and QxSoft to implement this new probing system bringing about more capability and throughput to the CMM industry.
Our machines have always been based around the 5-Axis metrology applications and we are excited to share the new capabilities this provides the market. This probe has more than doubled its module selection and expands the ability to reach more difficult locations on parts than the previous generation.
It is also important to know that Renishaw has maintained backwards compatibility so more customers will be able to do a running changeover to this system from their current PH20 probes as they need to.

AIMS Partner Spotlight - The team at QxSoft continue to develop CMM-Manager software for all aspects of our measurement systems. CMM-Manager is an powerful product that is grounded in its ease of use - allowing customers to quickly program and provide meaningful results with minimal training and time.
Based in Ohio, their customer support is excellent and they can respond very quickly to any questions that may arise.
We really wanted to thank them for their quick work on the new 5-Axis PH20 PLUS head integration they have done to allow AIMS to showcase the new probe system at IMTS.
