Estimates/Takeoffs - We calculate the approximate amount of materials needed for construction projects, shown on the architectural drawings provided for. Proposals – are written for the contractor with their scope of work based on the drawings provided for. Change Orders - we track and write which areas were effected on the revised drawings. The reason is that many subcontractors bid jobs at break-even prices in order to secure the work, confident that numerous change orders will provide the profit necessary. We track these changes for them.
