Integrating a Lamborghini SVJ directly into a swimming pool required precise coordination of vehicle geometry, entry conditions, structural capacity, and water quality to ensure the space performs as intended without compromising the vehicle or the construction.

At night, this pool reveals a feature you might not expect.

The entire floor is embedded with fiber-optic starlights, creating a starfield effect beneath the water.

The concept is inspired by the Rolls-Royce starlight headliner, where hundreds of fiber-optic strands are individually placed to recreate the look of a night sky.

Here, the idea is simply applied in reverse. Instead of looking up at the stars, you’re looking down into them.

This is the kind of detail we consider in our projects, not only how a space looks during the day, but how it changes at night, and how ideas from outside the industry can be used to create something you don’t typically see in a pool.

This pool at our Siesta Key project replaced an existing one on the property and was rebuilt entirely from the ground up. Rather than introducing a completely separate design, the pool’s interior mosaic was inspired by the pattern of the driveway, creating a visual connection between the home and the outdoor space.

The result is a custom mosaic composed of more than 170,000 individual glass tiles, carefully arranged to carry the same design language into the water and create a cohesive look across the property.

Acrylic pool panels are a striking design feature, but they also come with real technical considerations.

In many applications, the acrylic panel replaces a concrete wall and is responsible for holding back the full weight of the water. Unlike concrete, acrylic expands and contracts with temperature, so the system has to be designed to accommodate that movement while remaining watertight and stable over time.

When designed and detailed correctly, acrylic panels perform reliably and maintain their clarity long term.
