Construction on this new Fort Lauderdale mixed-used development began about a year ago. AFC was hired to engineer the windows & doors for the Whole Foods market and the residential portion of the project called 501 Seventeen. The project is set to be completed early next year!

The Shul of Bal Harbour has been going through a substantial renovation & we were brought on to assist by designing & engineering specialty architectural “fins” for the project’s curtain wall designed for specific wind load, as well as engineer six different products for Eswindows that were used on the project's new 40-foot glass cube seen here.
