This week, our team performed the final walk-through at Atlantic Square in Downtown Miami - a sophisticated residential high-rise redefining modern living.

We are proud to have delivered Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP&FP) engineering services and design that focused on energy efficiency, reliability, safety, and occupant comfort, featuring high-performance HVAC systems, intelligent electrical infrastructure, sustainable plumbing design, and a comprehensive fire protection system. We are proud to share the Miami-Dade County Civil & Probate Courthouse Project.

The success of this project is attributed to the exceptional team behind it, whose dedication and collaboration have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life! .usa

The new courthouse will offer over 600,000 square feet of space to serve the Civil and Probate Divisions of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, the Clerk of Court and other related agencies. The Project will include a secure parking , site development, utilities, landscape and much more.

We cannot wait to see the completed project! It’s sure to be an impressive addition to Miami-Dade County, benefiting both the legal community and the public for years to come.
