Day one of TCOS 2026 in Port of Spain.

Orthopaedic surgeons rely on imaging in clinic, in theatre and at follow-up. In the Caribbean, that equipment also has to be shipped, cleared through customs, installed and kept running on an island.

Our Director of Sales, Renee Gordon, and Business Development Specialist, Andrianna Gonzales Singh, are here through Sunday to talk open MRI, mobile 3D C-arms, digital X-ray, and more, with installation and service handled by Medical Outfitters. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month: a month for the survivors who walk in front, the families who walk beside them, and the women still deciding to book their mammogram.

This year, Pink Network by Medical Outfitters will be with them throughout the entire month and beyond. Here is where to find us:

Micha Cooper, our National Director of Business Development, is at T-Bones 2026 in Dallas tonight through Friday, the Texas Orthopedic Administrators Society annual conference.

He has spent more than 31 years helping orthopedic practices choose imaging that fits the room, the case mix, and their budget.

Race for the Cure began with a promise between two sisters. In 1983, 800 people walked in Dallas because Nancy Brinker had told her sister Susan, who died of breast cancer at 36, that she would find a way to speed up the research.

Every dollar raised stays in Puerto Rico and pays for free mammograms, helps cover the cost of tests and treatment, and supports the women going through it. Breast cancer is still the most diagnosed cancer among women on the island.

We spend the year in the imaging rooms where breast cancer is found. On Sunday, we walk with the women those rooms are for.

Rigging a 1.5T magnet into a suite is the part everyone photographs. The weeks after, when calibrations are performed and the system goes clinical, are when the install is actually won or lost.

Closing the week with a CT delivered to Vieques, Puerto Rico, and a CT and Aera MRI delivered to Oklahoma City, one day apart. Work of this scale is scheduled around clinic operations, not through them.
