Basin Engineering & Surveying is providing engineering and surveying services for the upcoming Parish Line Drainage Pump Station.

The project will include drainage canal modifications, an expanded pump station structure, and the installation of up to three additional 350 CFS pumps.

Structural steel is taking shape at John H. Carter Company’s new 285,000-square-foot industrial campus, marking an exciting milestone as the project moves into exterior enclosure.

Basin Engineering & Surveying is providing structural engineering for the facility’s above-ground structural systems through construction completion.

The $70 million investment is expected to create approximately 175 new jobs and expand Gulf Coast manufacturing and automation capabilities.

The historic Louisiana Avenue Firehouse is being adaptively reused to create seven affordable senior apartments and an early childhood education center. Once vacant, the more-than-100-year-old property is being transformed into a space that preserves its history while addressing important community needs.

The development is also the first project under the City of New Orleans and NORA’s Redevelopment Framework.

We’re excited to see this historic property take on a new life.
