Manages all aspects of Human Resources including hiring and retention, employee relations, benefits, compliance, health and safety. Supports Management with employee supervision, evaluation, training, and mediation. HR must be aware of local state, and federal employment guidelines, manage issues pertaining to employee wages, maintain employee personnel records, manage insurance and other benefits, and assist employees in understanding policies and procedures. Manages contractual records and documentation for all projects. Review contracts provisions, terms and conditions. Prepares and administers contract documentation.
