20 years ago today, I took a big step and changed jobs! I was terrified of starting in a new industry with no clue what I was doing.

I’m so grateful to have stuck with Magee Machine, especially the owner Mike Magee. He taught me so much, and I’ll always be thankful for that.

The real learning experience started when Magee Machine was bought out in February 2022. The new owner gave me the chance to be the General Manager, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

Of course, there have been some challenges along the way, but I wouldn’t trade this opportunity for anything. The team I work with is incredible! They’re so hardworking and dedicated, and I’m so proud of them. Without them, I’d have given up a long time ago.

So, here’s to 20 years of this amazing journey! But I owe it all to my team for being by my side every step of the way. They’re the real heroes here!
