"Due to circumstances surrounding the retirement of key personnel, Bulloch Brothers Engineering(BBE) will be closing permanently as of June 30, 2024. However, Greg Bulloch, by and through a new entity known as B Civil Engineering, LLC, has agreed to accept an assignment and to perform certain limited work previously contracted with BBE. Please note that B Civil Engineering, LLC is a completely separate legal entity and as such, it is in no way responsible for contracts, liability, payments, or any obligations of BBE.
B Civil Engineering, LLC, is not currently licensed to do land surveying related work except in special circumstances where this service can be subcontracted or performed by an independent contractor on a part-time basis. For a limited time, you may contact B Civil Engineering, LLC, through the same phone number and email addresses as were used by BBE in the past. B Civil Engineering, LLC, will be officially open on July 1, 2024 and new contact information will be provided as it becomes available.
For questions about the status and/or if you have a request for B Civil Engineering, LLC, to perform work on your individual projects, please contact Toni Baeza. Please be advised that B Civil Engineering, LLC, will need your written approval to complete work previously contracted with BBE beginning on July 1, 2024.
