Happy Tuesday,
Boots on the ground for Jason’s 99 short bed Dually.
This one comes to us in pieces thoughtfully dubbed the .. “pieces Dually”.
Time gets away from all us so he enlisted us to get this pig across finish line.
Set up on an old iteration of our front a rear Dually kits, which is humbling to have come back thru as it is still a fantastic kit 💯
Up front we cleaned up and finished the firewall tubs, stripped the suspension off as we needed to clearance the spring pocket some more and get this truck equipped with our frame box plates. Cleaned and painted the rails as well.
Out back, Existing bridge plate was warped so we cut it out and put a new one in, relocated one air tank under the cab to give way for our hidden hitch assembly, coated the frame, had the rear suspension powder-coated and reassembled. Gas tank modified and sealed.
Air system plumbed, current accuair brain replacing the R10 legacy system, new power ground leads, our abs delete / combo valve installed and new brake lines throughout.
Interiors all put back together with no cracks in the dash too, this one will be getting an iPad transplanted in.
