Basic Service Offerings (call for more details):
SOILS REPORT – also known as Soils Investigation, Geotechnical Report, or Geotechnical Investigation. The city or county you are building in may require a Soils Report for your building lot. A Soils Report is created by a licensed professional engineer. The report provides foundation design recommendations and site grading specifications for your pr
oposed building or building addition. PAD CERTIFICATION – also known as Building Pad Certification, Pad Cert. A Pad Certification Report is created by a licensed professional engineer. A Pad Certification certifies that the building pad was constructed and compacted in accordance with the specifications of the Soils Report. COMPACTION TEST – also known as Soil Compaction Test, Density Test, Soil Density Test or Percent Compaction. A compaction test will assess the level of compaction in the soil and compare to the maximum practical density (standard proctor). A compaction test is performed on site and the standard proctor is performed in the laboratory. FOUNDATION INSPECTION – The constructed foundation is compared to the approved building plans. . CONCRETE TESTING - When the concrete is being poured, we test Slump, Temperature and take cylinders to perform PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) at different days to ensure it cures properly. BEARING CAPACITY LETTER - A bearing capacity letter ensures that the soil being used can support the weight of the building being built. LABORATORY TESTS - Grain size, Sieve Analysis, Moisture, Liquid limit, Plastic limit, Plasticity Index, Compaction, PSI, Swell % and more
