Capabilities List
J-Five Machine is ISO 9001-2008 Certified, AS9100D, and ITAR registered. Within a modest 6,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space, we boast machining capacity from 16 machining centers, with up to 4 axis of machining capability, and a maximum work envelope of 54,000 cubic inches (60*30*30). These 16 machines are made up from a combination of turning machines, vertical machining centers, and a horizontal machining center.
• Vertical Machining Centers
(2) Fadal 6030 – work envelope is 60” x 30” x 30”
(5) Fadal 4020 – work envelope is 40” x 20” x 20”
(3) 4th axis rotaries to extend the capability of these 4020 machines.
(1) Fadal VMC 40 – work envelope is 22” x 16” x 20”
(1) Fadal VMC 20 – work envelope is 20” x 16” x 20”
(1) Fadal VMC 15 – work envelope is 20” x 16” x 20”
(2) Haas VF-0E – work envelope is 30” x 16” x 20”
(1) Haas VF-0 – work envelope is 22” x 16” x 20”
Horizontal Machining Centers

This machine has 4 axis. This machine has a pallet changer to reduce downtime
Turning Centers
