Some more stainless welding!
Had to install a new fl**ge for the waste grain pump at a local brewery. Luckily no food grade requirement here. The cramped area I had to weld this in made it extra fun.

Just wanted to share a few pictures of a turbo manifold I've been working on. The port transitions and collectors are 3d printed 316 stainless steel the rest is 304l tubing. All the runners are equal length to take advantage of exhaust pulse timing for increased efficiency
I will be starting the welding process as soon as I have time and will post more pictures

Made some fresh copper blades and tail fins for a windmill art piece. I had Fast Blast and Coat in Garden City do the clear cerakote on the copper to prevent patina. The cerakote makes these parts look really good!

Vortec 4200 Engine Swap and Performance
Hey, Thought I would share my progress on my twin scroll manifold. Should hopefully start fabricating here in the next few weeks.
There is a slight misalignment on cylinder 1 & 6 I am hoping to address during fabrication. Then I will be getting the collectors 3d printed out of stainless.
Once I have this thing welded out ill be back on the oil pan!

Got a 3d printer awhile back and I have been printing alot of TPU parts for a customer. TPU prints can struggle with tension on the filament so I made a quick spool holder with some ball bearings to alleviate some failed prints...check it out.
