Work 36 hours without missed time and get paid for 40. Cnc experience is required. Will be limited training available on day shift for an interim period before starting. CNC Manufacturing Quality Control Manager

Local Manufacturing Company has immediate opening for CNC Manufacturing Quality Control Manager.

As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Manufacturing shop floor Inspection
• Process daily Inspection
• Incoming Inspection
• First Article Inspection and Documentation
• Maintain Inspection history of completed jobs
2. Document and Procedure Control
• Create Inspection Procedures
• Pre-determine inspection equipment needs
• Pre-Determine Inspection frequency
• Record and maintain scrap documentation
• Maintain ISO compliance
• Maintain non-conforming material documentation and correspondence with material vendors
3. Calibration
• Document and maintain calibration program
• Perform calibration on company as well as employee tools/gages
• Schedule outside calibration when required
• Maintain all calibration records
4. I.S.O. Quality system
• Perform internal audits
• Maintain Quality related documents
In order to qualify for this position, you will possess the following Skills:

- Background in precision machined products required
- Strong blueprint reading skills, Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong background in the use of all equipment (i.e: CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gage, Height Gage, Profilometer, Hardness Tester, etc.)
- Familiar with ISO standards as we are ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 Compliant
- CMM Experience
- QMS, Auditing, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Three years up to date related experience working in a Machine Shop
- QMS Systems
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and utilize GD&T proficiently

Local Manufacturing Company has immediate opening for CNC Lathe and Machining Center, Setup Technicians. As well as CNC and manual hob and shaper setup technicians.

As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setups, edits, short runs to mid-size production runs.
- Inspection of Parts.
- First Piece and First Article Inspection.
- Maintaining set machine rates.

In order to qualify for this position, you will possess the following experience and education:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience doing CNC Lathe and Machining Center setups.
- Working knowledge of “G & M” code and Mazatrol programming.
- Ability to read & interpret mechanical drawings.
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment.
- Familiar with ISO-9002 standards.
- Computer literate.

The following should be considered an asset:
- Knowledge of machining.
- Knowledge of Mazak, Okuma, Mitsubishi, Fanuc & Haas Machine Controls.


Available shift include:

1st shift​​ Monday – Friday 6 am -2:30 pm
2nd shift​​ Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11pm
Weekend shift​Friday – Sunday 6am- 6:30 pm work 36 hours get paid for 40

Loudon Industries, is looking for an Experienced manual lathe setup operator :
Starting pay @ $20.00/Hour plus full benefits after a 90 day probation period. Up to 3% match on simple IRA after waiting period. Paid sick leave, and paid vacation after waiting period.

Options for part time, less benefits. Would allow for a pay differential without benefits.

Must have experience running manual lathes, able to read ID micrometers as well as dial bore gages. Experience with boring cylinders, changing inserts and setting a steady rest is a must.
