We had a fish fry/cookout in Jefferson earlier this week, with our Chief Operating Officer, David Pott, cooking for all three shifts. We provided a variety of fish (perch, bluegill, and cod), plus brats and burgers. Tony Zick, one of our first shift slitter operators, assisted in cooking the brats and burgers ahead of time. Employees on all shifts brought in a variety of side dishes to pass.

We’re saving lives in Jefferson - 54 to be exact! Kudos to 18 employees at our Jefferson facility, who rolled up their sleeves to donate in yesterday’s Versiti Blood Drive, many for the first time. Each donation can save up to three lives.

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin set the stage ahead of time by hosting a Lunch & Learn about the importance of donating to our local blood supply and how it saves the lives of patients in need.

As a thank you for their donation, employees who donated each received a coupon for a free pint of Culver's custard and a pass for four to Mount Olympus Waterpark in the Wisconsin Dells.
