Over the weekend CRT employees gathered for our annual Summer Softball Game, enjoying a beautiful day filled with fun, laughter, and team spirit. We were excited to spend the day at Eastlake Middle School and are grateful for the opportunity to use their field!

At CRT, helping our community and helping others is simply what we do. We live by the credo Random Acts of Whatever It Takes (RAOWIT). More than 20 years ago, we made a commitment to the United Way of Lake County to help those in need through its annual food drive, Feed Lake County.

Three years ago, we decided to raise the bar. We created an inter-departmental competition to see which team could collect the most food, knowing that the same competitive spirit we use to support our customers and grow our business would translate into big results for the food drive.

Our production departments teamed up with our office departments, and the results have been incredible. Over the past three years, our employees have donated more than 37,000 food items! The outcome has been more than just incredible donations for our community—it has been an opportunity to build camaraderie, teamwork, and stronger relationships across CRT.
