QCC is proud to be an active member of the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA).

The recycling industry is one of the most demanding environments our equipment operates in—and staying closely connected to the people and operations driving it forward makes us better at what we do. ReMA gives us that connection, and we're committed to showing up for this industry the same way our customers show up every day.

If you're a ReMA member, come find us at an upcoming event. We'd love to connect.

50 years in business doesn't happen by accident.

QCC has been designing and building oxy-fuel cutting equipment from our facility in Mentor, Ohio since the early 1970s—and the same principles that got us here are the ones we operate by today. American-made materials, in-house machining, experienced technicians and real people available when you need them.

We're proud of where we came from and focused on where we're going. Learn more about the QCC story here: https://qccmfg.com/about-us/

QCC has been an active member of the Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) for years—and that involvement runs deeper than a membership badge.

The steel industry is at the core of what we do. Our equipment is on the floors of steel mills across the country, and staying connected to the people, challenges and innovations driving the industry forward makes us better at what we do. AIST gives us that connection—through events, publications, technical communities and the relationships we've built with some of the best minds in steel.

We're proud to be part of an organization that takes the future of American steel seriously. If you're an AIST member, come find us at an upcoming event—we'd love to connect.

What do you do when a standard torch isn't enough? You add powder. 🔥

QCC's optional iron powder kit takes the already-capable QC Series post-mix machine cutting torch to another level entirely. By feeding iron powder directly into the flame, the system generates the extreme heat needed to cut through materials that would stop a conventional oxy-fuel torch in its tracks—stainless steel, cast iron, nickel and other non-ferrous metals. In this video, watch it cut through a 55" thick steel casting with the kind of power and efficiency that only QCC's patented QC Series can deliver.

The QC Series is capable of cutting over 70" thick and is the most effective and efficient post-mix machine cutting torch in the industry. The optional iron powder kit makes it even more versatile — one torch, one setup, ready for whatever your operation throws at it.

If you're cutting materials that conventional oxy-fuel can't handle, we want to talk. 👇

Tip mix design is one of the most important safety features in a handheld cutting torch—and it's standard across QCC's lineup. By mixing gases in the tip, our tip mix design reduces the risk of flashback and delivers more consistent, reliable performance in the field. Oxygen service equipment doesn't leave room for error, and at QCC, we don't treat it like it does.

Components destined for oxygen service run through our in-house cleaning line, where they're cleaned and prepared in accordance with CGA standards. No outsourcing. No third-party handoffs. The same team that machines and assembles your equipment is the team that cleans it—full visibility and full accountability from start to finish.

It's a capability that not every manufacturer has and one we're proud to maintain in-house. When the stakes are high, you want to know exactly who handled your equipment and how. At QCC, that answer is always clear.
