Besides running a full time millwright service we do custom fabrication in our shop! For agriculture, new construction, machinery, equipment. You name it we can do it! Installed a loudout and an additional spout on the loudout to facilitate the unloading of dry corn from the east side, while simultaneously feeding the dryer with wet corn from the west side. Furthermore, a platform was added to enable convenient unloading from both side draws without requiring personnel to jump between platforms. This design reflects our company's commitment to leaving all options open to enhance customer convenience, whether operations are conducted from above or on the ground level, embodying the RSG approach.

We have installed tripods on 2 spouts to access spreaders, new dead stop and HD bin cap. Additionally, our style truss kit has been added to the new tank and a new 1/4 inch polyurethane liner has been fitted in the wet and dry leg. Both elevators have been tracked and all bearings greased. These services exemplify some of the yearly maintenance offerings provided by RSG Millwrights! Poor transition work is getting more and more common. Good work isn’t cheap, & cheap work is going to cost more in the long run. Make sure to call the right company that has the experience & knowledge to get it done right the first time. (This is a transition that we had to cut off and redo due to it not allowing then elevator to clean out, and not get to its maximum load.) RSG Millwrights servicing the state since 2008!!

Following last week's catastrophe, we successfully restored the feed mill to operation within a mere 4 days, completing thorough cleanup and dismantling efforts. The installation of a grain pump enabled the resumption of activities. Although this solution is temporary, it allows for immediate mixing and bagging of feed. Enhancing safety for all stakeholders, we construct these units onsite for several key reasons. Pre-fabricated belt guards often fail to fit older style motor mounts properly, resulting in customer downtime due to the necessity of removing motors and pulleys from the auger. Our approach ensures continuity of operations until installation, which can be completed within a mere 5 minutes involving only drilling and bolting. A few additional coats of yellow paint and they will be fully compliant. This exemplifies our commitment to efficiency and quality.
