Cat 374 grapple that was well used and the collars started to fit too lose. It had broke the old ones in half where they necked down and went though the outside half of the grapple so it had to be line bored. Also chased some cracks and put a new stiffener in where someone had previously attempted to fix it before it seriously failed

This muncher was close to breaking in half, it had already been welded once and the base plate that holds the carbide was spider webbed. I decided it was best to cut it out and replace it. I added fish plates to the sides that doubled as wear protection and freshened up the hard facing
