For our customers, growth looks like projects that are needed in weeks, not months, so we are committed to growing our leading capacity support their needs!
We are excited to share the new and additional equipment landing in the coming months, from saws to lasers to brakes to welding - and we're starting off the season with the addition of two new Bystronic Inc. press brakes to our fleet.

No investment has a better return than an investment in People!

We’re incredibly proud to recognize the achievements of Gavin Smith and Brayden Stonebreaker, two outstanding participants in our Robotic Welding Apprenticeship Program.
Both recently completed Morgan Steel’s welding test with impressive results:
Gavin Smith earned a perfect score of 100%
Brayden Stonebreaker scored an excellent 89.5%
These scores officially advance Gavin and Brayden to Class 2 Welder status—bringing higher wages, expanded benefits, and full-time employment opportunities.
Gavin and Brayden began our Welding Apprenticeship in October 2025 and are on track to complete the program later this year. Their dedication, skill development, and commitment to excellence reflect exactly what this apprenticeship is designed to achieve. They graduate from High School this May and have proven “Success also wears a Welding Hood.”
Congratulations, Gavin and Brayden! We’re excited to see what the future holds for you both. 🛠️🎉
