This is what we are officially about and why we opened our doors on September 1st, 2009 taking over the management of the Doosan Medical Technical Center. DIA previously established a technical center in Memphis, Tennessee to reach out and better serve the local medical manufacturing market. But, soon after times became economically tough and DIA had to close all of their branch offices throughout

the U.S. We here at Mercer Machinery decided that such a key asset should not simply be abandoned and felt that by managing the facility at a local level, a more complete level of customer care could be achieved and a more diverse and specialized offering of manufacturing equipment could be represented.
