We would like to congratulate and recognize Will Jones on his 8th anniversary at Centro. Will joined the Little Rock team after graduating from college as a member of our inside sales team. He quickly distinguished himself especially on key technically sophisticated products like Pumps, Seals, Filtration as well as Bulk Material Handling products. When Greg Stansell, our long serving branch manager in Little Rock decided to retire, Will was able to step up and take on the challenge of running this critically important operation. We are lucky to have a young leader like Will on our management team.

It is impossible to overstate the positive impact that long serving team members make at Centro, for our customers and for our vendors. Twenty six years ago, Cindy Lewis began her Centro journey as the sales secretary in the Memphis branch. Over time she became the top inside sales/technical support salesperson in the company, traveled to all of the Centro branches to train inside salespeople, lead the Centro Solves training program, represented Centro at vendor and industry events, and took on a very troubled territory. Today she is one of the top 5 territory salespeople in the company and has established an outstanding relationship with customers, vendors and the rest of our team. We would like to recognize her outstanding career at Centro and thank her for her hard work and leadership.

Jessica is taking over the Central Tennessee territory that has been managed for more than 20 years by Brad Davis. Brad has moved into a Manager of Business Development role for the Instrumentation, Measurement & Control division. In October Brad will assume Division Sales Manager responsibilities with the retirement of Andy Silas. Factory training combined with our monthly Centro College program provides a learning platform for our salespeople that differentiates them and Centro in the industrial process market. Training combined with highly intentional succession planning works to create and nurture long term customer relationships. Jessica is already building on the relationships that Brad established.

Centro has been blessed over our 50+ year history with a number of great teammates who joined our company and spent their career helping us to be successful. Today we recognize and thank Doug Chaney for his 26 years with Centro. Doug joined the company as an inside salesperson in Little Rock after having some experience in both inside and outside sales in the past. He quickly distinguished himself in inside sales, becoming one of the best and most reliable inside salespeople in the company. After a few short years, Doug took over the Central Arkansas sales territory. Traditionally this had not been a strong Centro territory and Doug worked hard to turn it into a consistently productive business. Also during his time in field sales, Doug has learned how to help his customers with the broad Centro line card, and to assist his customers to reach their manufacturing goals. We are all privileged to have Doug on our team.
