Heavy Diesel Technician – Tactical & Military Fleet (Memphis, TN) Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

We are immediately hiring an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to service, troubleshoot, and maintain tactical wheeled vehicles and Army trucks.Whether you are a civilian heavy-equipment pro or a transitioning military veteran (91B, 91C, or equivalent Marines/Navy ratings), your skills are highly valued here.

What You Will Do: Perform routine preventative maintenance, bumper-to-bumper diagnostic testing, and major component rebuilds on Army tactical wheeled vehicles. Troubleshoot complex 12V/24V electrical systems, advanced multi-stage hydraulics, and air brake configurations. Remove, rebuild, or replace major assemblies including diesel engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials.
What We Need From You: Experience: 3+ years of professional heavy diesel mechanic experience OR a background working as a military wheeled vehicle mechanic (Army, USMC, Guard, or Reserves). Technical Savvy: Comfort interpreting schematic layouts, reading technical manuals, and using modern computer diagnostic equipment. The Essentials: Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal set of tools, and a strong commitment to workshop safety protocols.
