When something breaks down, every hour counts.

Heavy Machines stocks the most frequently ordered OEM parts across all of our locations — for all makes and models — so you can get back to work fast.

And if you want to stop playing catch up with repairs and parts altogether, ask us about a preventive maintenance contract. Our certified technicians follow manufacturer recommended intervals so small issues get caught before they become expensive ones.

Spring grading season is here — is your dozer up to the job?

The Liebherr PR 716 is built to hit grade fast and keep moving:

• Automatic power management — hydrostatic drive adjusts speed, torque, and engine output to match your load
• Standard Free Grade system — actively stabilizes the blade while pushing material for a consistent surface with fewer passes
• Serious capacity — blade options from 3.82 to 4.32 yd³ to handle large earthmoving projects

We have units in stock now and ready to work.

What’s better than one Link-Belt Long Front excavator?

Two of them!

These excavators are designed to reach deeper, farther, and higher than standard models, making them ideal for a wide range of difficult dredging, sloping, cleaning, and demolition projects.

The summer heat is right around the corner. You have to make sure your equipment’s cooling system is operating at its best.

One of the most important things you can do is power wash the radiator and cooler every few days, especially during hot weather or if you’re working in dusty conditions.

Humidity and dust buildup will coat radiators, air coolers, and oil coolers, significantly reducing airflow and heat transfer. As a result, operating temperatures increase dramatically and cause the engine to overheat and, ultimately, shut down.

See below for more equipment cooling system tips.

Do you know the best way to keep your equipment from becoming stuck in the mud this spring?

• Before you start a shift, closely examine the job area to get an idea of the terrain you will be working on. Clearly mark off dangerous areas full of mud or sticky soil.
• If you’re on soft ground, use wide tracked compact track loaders and excavators to minimize ground disturbance. Wider tracks enhance flotation and traction, making them the best choice for working in sticky soils and muddy areas.
• Remove mud or debris from your equipment’s tracks, tires, and undercarriages between projects and at the end of each workday to help improve traction in wet conditions.

In case you do become stuck, click the link below for ways to get your machine out.
