If you’re the kind of leader who can run a tight shop, keep equipment reliable, and still turn wrenches when needed, Aardvark Sweeping Services wants to talk.

We’ve been in business 30 years and our average employee tenure is 10.4 years — because we treat people right and we do things the long-term way.

What you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Own the preventive maintenance program (PMs on time, trucks ready)
✅ Diagnose issues + handle hands-on repairs when needed
✅ Keep parts/inventory organized, manage vendors, control cost
✅ Lead the team (washer + part-time mechanic)
✅ Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient

Fleet you’ll work on:

🚚 Isuzu gas sweepers
🚛 Freightliner diesel sweepers + hook trucks (Freightliner M2)
🚐 Support vehicles (GVWR < 26,000 — no CDL required)

The good stuff:

🕡 Mon–Fri 6:30am–3:30pm
🌙 No routine after-hours (rare, pre-approved exceptions only)
💰 $80k–$95k base + bonus
🏥 Health insurance
🧰 Company supplies tools & equipment

January's MVP Tool- QEP surface scraper. Who knew that this inexpensive tool could be such a game changer when removing ice. We highly recommend adding this to your inventory.

2025 Eyes winners (left to right) Terry, Shawn and Steve. Terry was the grand prize winner with 1,000 pictures accepted. Aardvark Eyes is a courtesy to our customers managed by our Customer service department. All of our operators are assigned digital cameras with instructions to take pictures of anything that would interest our customers. These are our Super Stars! Those are some full envelopes.
