3D machined impeller from 12" 316L stainless.
First we 3D printed a prototype and installed it in the pump to assure form and fit.

Two ANCA CNC cutter grinders hard at work. Brand new ANCA FX5 Linear grinding new carbide tooling and an older RX7 doing high speed regrinds.

Grinding new tools. .375 diameter, 1.250 LC, unequal helix, .020 CR from solid carbide blanks.

Precision Cutter Grinding
We stock over 60 different grinds, from 1/8" to 3/4" diameter. Different lengths of cut, corner radius, square counter, and ball nose. We also keep plenty of carbide blanks in stock to assure we have what you need when you need it.

Assembly coming along great. All sheet metal mounted. Next comes coolant tank and pumps, then electrical.

Set and leveled today. Started adding sheet metal. On schedul to start making chips 01/02/2025. Fourth axis will follow shortly.
