Mr. James Feeney, PE. joins SSE as Vice President of Engineering, bringing his years of engineering experience to the firm’s governmental, industrial, and commercial clients. He is a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) Engineering, Site Infrastructure Design, and Bulk Fuel Storage Facility system design and permitting. # # #
Before joining SSE, Jim was a Principal at Cashin Associates, where he served as Principal in Charge, Project Manager, and Principal Design Engineer on public work , industrial, and commercial design, and construction management projects.
Jim is a Certified Facility Management Professional (FMP) and the former Brookhaven National Laboratory Facility Complex Engineer (FCE). As FCE he was the Technical Authority responsible for all engineering and construction matters concerning structures, systems, and equipment within the complex. This technical authority extended to all utilities, structures, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems at nearly 100 buildings.
