Questions about scheduling a dumpster rental with us? Here are some frequently asked questions:
1) What size dumpsters are available?
- We currently have 3 sizes of dumpsters available: 15YD (2000lbs), 18YD (3000lbs), 24YD (4000lbs)
2) What can't I put in the dumpster?
- Glass, chemicals, dead animals, tires, car motors/parts, batteries, appliances, TVs, computers or other electronics, propane tanks, fluorescent tubes
- Have a specific item you are curious if you can dump? Give us a call!
3) How can I schedule a rental?
- We have 3 ways to schedule rentals for your convenience!
1. Give us a call! Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, you can call us at 870 - 368 - 4350 to schedule.
2. Prefer to text? Text us any time at 870 - 291 - 7205. We will confirm availability and get back with you ASAP!
3. Book Online! Use our direct booking link to schedule yourself. It is as easy as entering your information and selecting your date! We require a 48 hour notice for all online bookings. Don't see availability on your desired date? Call or text to see if adjustments can be made. We are happy to work with you in every way we can!
4) Are there any "hidden fees"?
- We do our best to be upfront about additional fees. These include:
1) Fee per extra day rental: applies if additional days are needed beyond the standard 7 day period
2) Fee per weight overage: applies if dump weight is over the allotted amount for each dumpster size
3) Delivery fee: We do not charge for delivery inside of Izard County; there is a fee for delivery outside of Izard County. We will never charge you a fee for pickup!
4) Cancellation fee: Decide you no longer need a dumpster? Give us a 24 hour notice without any additional fees!
