Republic Extrusions – Team Pride Extrusions is looking for a full-time Paint Manager to join our team in Megargel, TX. We’re a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminum extrusion products with a 10-acre facility and 85,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.
As Paint Manager, you’ll lead our powder-coat paint line operations, ensuring daily production is safe, efficient, and aligned with high-quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
👷♂️ What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee paint line production and personnel
✔ Lead safety, quality, and performance initiatives
✔ Manage scheduling, preventive maintenance, and KPIs
✔ Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
✔ Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to exceed customer expectations
🌟 Who We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of powder-coat painting processes
✅ Mechanical aptitude and team leadership skills
✅ Bilingual communication skills are a plus (interpreter support available)
✅ Experience in extrusion finishing is preferred
