This plan consists of an existing 24'x40' shop/garage and adding 16'x40' and 30'x40' to the existing building. The first floor will be 40'x40' heated mfg. space with 30'x40 cold storage warehouse. The second floor will be 40'x40' and have offices, restroom and R&D Center. It also has a deck off the Office/R&D area.
