The AI data center buildout is changing what fabricators are being asked to make.

We heard it firsthand at FabTech Canada in May from steel service centers and job shops across North America.

Everyone is ramping up to produce more server cabinets, bus bars, structural frames, and racks. Steel distributors told us they simply can’t source plate and coil fast enough to keep up with the demand.
