This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the power of generosity, mentorship, and collaboration. We’re proud of the women across our firm who dedicate their expertise to building stronger teams, communities, and bridges.

Our Michigan office came together to celebrate Engineers Week and recognize the outstanding work our engineers do every day.

They started the day on a sweet note with donuts courtesy of our marketing team, then gathered during the lunch hour for pizza. The celebration continued with Jenga, Legos, and a fun engineer-themed white elephant exchange.

A big thank you to our engineers; your problem-solving, creativity, and dedication make a difference. Happy Engineers Week!

We are proud to celebrate Frank A. Artmont, PhD, PE, who is featured in this month’s issue of Roads & Bridges as a member of the inaugural “Top 25 Under 40” list. As an engineer in our National Bridge Group, Frank specializes in complex bridge projects across the country and is recognized for his expertise in finite element analysis. His dedication and technical expertise continue to advance our industry. Congratulations, Frank!

Team members from our Mechanicsburg, PA office made their way to Pennsylvania’s annual Farm Show in Harrisburg to volunteer with the PA Dairymen's Association. For the past 11 years, Modjeski and Masters has supported the association’s efforts through volunteering to serve milkshakes at their stand and also by providing a sponsorship/monetary donation to the association’s Fill A Glass with Hope program. We love this annual tradition and are proud to support them!

We are excited to welcome Shelley Dintelman, PE as our newest Senior Project Manager in our Edwardsville, IL office.

With more than three decades of civil and transportation engineering experience, Shelley brings deep strength in roadway design, traffic management, drainage, construction planning, and stakeholder engagement. Her portfolio includes complex, high impact work such as the MLK Ramp Bridge and other major highway improvements across Illinois and Missouri.

Shelley’s passion for community and mentorship shines through her work, and we’re thrilled for the energy and expertise she’ll bring to our projects and clients.
