cnc mill is pretty handy.
Needed a special threaded left hand nut for the that I can’t buy anywhere, so modeled it up real quick, made some g-code with and sent to the mill to make out of some leftover chromoly bar stock. Used the helical threading program to cut the threads.

Made some chips fly on the MR-1!! This is a prototype header fl**ge for a Ktm 1290. Final product would be stainless steel, all I had laying around was aluminum so it was good to practice on. Need to make some adjustments, but not bad for one of the first parts.

Cnc mill update!
Epoxy is poured, mill gantry fully assembled, enclosure built, and baseplate surfaced. Still need to work on coolant feed and some small items, but I was too excited to try this thing out I quickly took a model I had previously modeled up in and threw some CAM/code together to try her out!
