Another uodate on our new shop.

We are almost ready to move in. We have Electricity and running Water !!! Insulation is done, painting still underway as well as adding tin to the inside walls. We had some asphalt millings put down over the gravel.

Next week should see Sheetrock and the stone around the front of the building going up.

A little more progress this week. Got the carport steel up and some tin on.

Update on our new shop! We got most of the structure up over the last week or two. Still need to finish the car port and some of the framing.

The main shop building is 50’ x 210’. That’s 10,500 sqft. Then there is an additional 1,000 sqft compressor building off the back side, plus a 1,500 sqft mezzanine/second story will be over the office area for storage. Should be plenty of room for a while.

We will probably start on the trim work and tin this next coming week. Hopefully dried in by the end of October.

So big news.

180 Custom will be moving in a few months. I bought 10 acres just west of McGregor, TX and we are currently in the process of constructing a new shop.

It will be nice having a building custom made just for our needs. We will have a nice 30’x 50’ paint booth, more office space, and a nice break room area. Total we will have just under 12,000 sqft. Plus lots of space outside store our larger equipment.

Oh did I mention it will all be air conditioned? That’s what really matters in Texas.

Stay tuned. We will start erecting steel this week and I’ll update with some pictures soon.
