When our Metalforms team upgraded its plasma cutting system, they expected faster cuts. What they got was even better: an operator who saw what the machine could really do.

Cutting pass partition plates for heat exchangers once took hours of manual work. Metalforms machine operator Ruben Torres taught himself the new CAD software, using an AI assistant to speed his learning, then worked with the shop's experienced fitters, including his own father, to program their decades-old formula into the system.

Now the plasma table cuts each plate to contour and engraves traceability numbers automatically, a process that once took most of a day, done in a few hours.

It's what happens across TransTech Group companies when new technology meets hands-on experience. Great work, Ruben.

Behind the meter: on-site power is rewriting the rules - and it all runs on fuel.

Data centers, hospitals, campuses, and manufacturers are designing on-site generation as primary power - driven by interconnection queues that stretch years and uptime the grid can't promise. For AI data centers, the constraint isn't land or chips. It's electrons.

Building a culture of continuous improvement starts with developing leaders.

TransTech Group has established a Continuous Improvement Leader at every operating company and launched its inaugural Continuous Improvement Leader Development Program - a common approach to problem solving shared across our businesses.

The first session paired classroom training and Gemba walks with two days of hands-on application in a live manufacturing environment, where CI Leaders applied Lean principles alongside Operations, Engineering, and Production teams and developed a future-state facility concept built for growth.

The bigger outcome is the network itself: local leaders who share ideas, lead initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across our companies. As it grows, so does our ability to improve safety, quality, delivery, and customer value.
