Walking thru the packaging area and realized how cool this pattern of Tig welded parts looked. Currently welding hundreds of these units at the moment and I sometimes forget how artful so@e of our projects are in process.

Meet Ashby, our youngest employee. He is part of our local work study program with our county School System. We cross train our employees, young and old to be part of our team here at MMW. Ashby is a wonderful kid and it’s great to see him develop his skills.
Also, as a side note, he is a national Champion Olympic weightlifter that competes all over the world!
