Austin wears many hats at CIT Sewer Solutions as our Equipment Operations Assistant. He plays a huge role behind the scenes by making sure our equipment is ready to go before crews head out of town each week. From keeping the shop running smoothly to jumping in and helping crews in the field whenever needed, Austin is always willing to lend a hand.

With years of industry experience, Chris consistently helps his team exceed weekly goals through strong leadership, communication with city engineers, and a commitment to teaching and developing his crew’s skills.

Working alongside him is Joshua Smith, Chris’s dependable right-hand man. Josh is always ready to step up wherever needed and brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job. No matter the challenge, he’s someone the team can count on.

It’s time to meet the hardworking team behind the work happening out in the field!

Leading the McCallsburg Crew is Emory Stanley, a dedicated crew leader who has been with CIT Sewer Solutions for the past 4 years. Emory keeps projects moving forward by prioritizing field operations, communicating with city engineers, and making sure the job gets done right.

Working alongside Emory is AJ Buttz, our experienced televising operator. AJ has worked with multiple crews throughout his time at CIT and continues to grow his knowledge and expertise in the field.

The newest member of the crew, Kamden Windelow, brings experience from other crews and a strong willingness to help wherever needed. Whether it’s learning new equipment or stepping in to support the team, Kamden is always ready to get the job done.

We’re proud of the dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude this crew brings every day. If you see the McCallsburg Crew out and about, be sure to give them a warm welcome!

Jeff leads our Operations Team, a role that’s vital to our daily success and has consistently shown personal growth and leadership while managing high-profile projects with accuracy, efficiency, and quality. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence make him an excellent example of what CIT represents.

A man of integrity through and through, Jeff exemplifies our core values every day. He’s a natural problem-solver who is always seeking innovative solutions, a dependable leader, and a team player known for his strong organization and communication skills.

This quarter, Jeff went above and beyond by delivering his first public presentation—“Collections 101”—at the IAWEA Region 4 Fall Meeting, where he represented CIT with professionalism and pride. His willingness to step outside his comfort zone and share knowledge reflects the best of our culture and our continuous improvement mindset.

Jeff’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to see the good in others make him a steady source of motivation for his teammates. He helps keep the team grounded and moving forward, even when the pressure’s on.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, fishing, disc golf, and hunting for morel mushrooms. When he’s not outdoors, he’s spending time with his friends, family, and grandchildren... or with his cats, because yes, Jeff’s a proud cat lover.
