Operator Tip💡 Add a spray-pattern check to your regular tunnel walk.

Run each application & look at the full fan. The pattern should be even, aimed correctly, and overlapping where the system calls for it. A weak edge, narrow fan or visible gap may point to buildup, wear, damage or a possible pressure issue.

When replacing a nozzle, match both its capacity & spray angle to the system specifications. A small difference at the tip can affect coverage, chemical use and wash performance.
