Here we are, on a short trip away… and there he is, doing what he always does. Working on Pro-Serv. Thinking about the team. Looking at ways to grow and make things better.

People see the company now, but they don’t always see the amount of heart he pours into it behind the scenes every single day.

Pro-Serv isn’t just a business to Jared. It’s something he genuinely loves and believes in. He cares deeply about the people in this company and the customers we serve, and I truly think that’s what makes Pro-Serv different from a lot of companies our size.

And before anybody starts feeling bad for me 😂 don’t worry, I still get my time with him too. But when you love something the way he loves this company, it’s hard to ever fully “clock out.”

We are hiring:

🔥 3 Crew Leaders
🔥 3 Helpers

This is NOT a sit-at-home job.
This is NIGHT WORK.
This DOES require TRAVEL.
This IS hard work.
