Here is Thomas behind the scenes of Billeaud Construction Services. His boots are always dirty and his hands are calloused. He sometimes goes all day without stopping to eat. He balances logistics, manual labor, communication, customer service and so much more.
There are things most never see. The skilled trades are built on early mornings, long days, and physically demanding work that requires precision, resilience, and pride in a job well done.
These are professions that AI cannot replace, because they rely on human skill, sound judgment based on experience, and honest relationships that are developed over years.
So to all tradesmen and women, and to Thomas—this is your shoutout. When others don't, I see the effort you put in every single day, seven days a week. I see the long hours, and the toll it takes on you when someone doesn't treat you with the respect you deserve. What you do matters, and it does not go unnoticed. I am incredibly proud of you and everything you represent.
I hope everyone who reads this will thank someone who works in a trade.
