This year’s cookoff category required dishes that "start with a C" and our competitors showed up with some delicious creations. It was Dan Buehrer who took the crown, working from home on the morning of to smoke two delicious Cajun chickens before heading into the office for the voting. His commitment paid off and his dedication is just one attribute we celebrate at DGL!

After our Giveback Committee rallied the office earlier this year for the American Heart Association's Toledo Heart Walk, we shifted our 14th annual Frozen Toezen event forward on the calendar. Co****le teams were rewarded by this decision with temperatures that made "Frozen" feel like a bit of a stretch. Brandon Setty and Josh O'Neil signed the co****le trophy, marking their place in Frozen Toezen history.

We are thrilled to welcome Todd Audet, PE, to the DGL team! Todd brings more than 25 years of executive leadership advancing strategic planning initiatives and infrastructure development to support commercial and industrial growth throughout Ohio.

Todd will serve as DGL's Executive Advisor for Infrastructure & Strategic Growth. His decades of executive leadership experience include operating as the District Deputy Director for ODOT District 2, Vice President at the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority, and the Director of Development at the City of Rossford. Todd also has distinguished military experience, having served as Chief of Staff and Assistant Adjutant General in the Ohio Air National Guard.

At DGL, Todd will focus on infrastructure development, strengthening client and partner relationships, driving firmwide growth, and providing leadership that supports progress in our local communities.

We’re excited to have this expertise guiding our projects and strengthening our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients and the communities we serve. Todd’s unique combination of engineering expertise, executive leadership, and military experience positions him to deliver meaningful impact – truly reflecting The DGL Difference: a genuine passion for the people we serve and the work we do.
