I had an issue this weekend, while trying to use the green laser tape for glass and my rotary. I called and left a message and Joe got back to me in a couple hours. He apologized for the delay, was polite and completely talked through what I had done and provided advice. I feel like I sometimes focus on the negative support issues, but wanted to say thank you for your assistance!
