Mazda RX-7 FD trigger wheel spacer.

Customer supplied the OEM part (the bronze piece under our stainless shim), we measured and replicated it in CAD and cut a variety of shims in different thicknesses and materials so options are available.

We will likely be manufacturing a new trigger wheel for this application that will improve the OEM design. Stay tuned!

Solenoid flyback diodes, contactor install, Z brake secondary relay/snubber, and lots of little solder joints for the aircraft connectors and it will live!

Custom 304 stainless steel tool organizers for a Kentucky bucket truck outfit. These slip over the rails, hold over 100 pounds and have integrated lanyard locations for additional safety.

Designed, laser cut, formed, spot and TIG welded in house.

This would be a 3-second cut on our larger gantry laser.

However, we chose to run it on one of our standard machines because it creates a nice decorative bevel on the edge.

Sometimes the extra quality is worth the extra time.
