A few days. One team. Real momentum.

Our 2026 Easy Ice Sales Summit brought teams together to sharpen skills, align with leadership, and strengthen the relationships that power our work in the field.
From hands-on breakouts to open conversations with our leadership team, the focus was on real-world application, collaboration, and learning from one another.
Most of all, it was a reminder that great results come from people who take care of their customers and who play for the front of the jersey, every day.
Thank you to everyone who made this year's Sales Summit such a success. The momentum is real and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Shout out to Efrain Ruiz, Technician II in Los Angeles, for earning an I.C.E. Award nomination this month! Efrain was nominated because his top-notch service earned him some well-deserved praise from a customer.

“We received a report from a customer regarding Efrain, and I want to use their words, as it’s worth giving the credit where credit is due: 'Efrain went above and beyond to get our 26th-floor ice machine back up and running again in LA today. Really appreciate his friendly and easy-to-work-with demeanor, how he maintains a clean environment while working (which is important to us, since we normally have clients on site and aesthetics mean everything), and persistence in making sure his customers are taken care of/exceeds their expectations. I work with a lot of vendors in my role, but you can definitely see how much he cares about the customer and the work that he does.' Notes like this from customers are the ones I love seeing the most. Our techs go above and beyond, and something like this needs to be highlighted! Customer service is at the forefront of what we do, and this 100% makes Efrain a candidate for the I.C.E. Award!

“We don't often recognize the hard work our teammates in Accounting provide. For Sales, getting setup fees processed, especially at the end of the month, is essential. Haley has always been very responsive to questions about setup fees, billing issues, invoices, and more—basically all the nuts and bolts that can come up with an account.
