Advanced standard millimeter wave have been developed by Spectrum Control. These innovative converters leverage our RF+ SiP platform to offer high-fidelity block conversion in a high-volume package. They are ideally suited as co-processors to direct sampling devices and FPGAs or as a front end to Spectrum Control’s 3U microwave wideband tuner/transceiver.

Spectrum Control’s RF+ SiP platform delivers unrivaled miniaturization of integrated microwave assemblies (IMAs). The block upconverter was designed, tuned, and tested inside Spectrum Control’s new RF+Digital development pipeline, which reduces the typical productization timeline by 75%.

is expected to have a CAGR of 34.8% over the next eight years, making it a growth market that many companies are investing in. plays an important role in quantum computing, but it has to have low thermal noise. Most thin-film resistors do not perform at the low temperatures required for quantum computing, but Spectrum Control is changing the market dynamic.

We have developed low temperature attenuators that are rated to operate at 4 mK (1000x lower temperature than alternatives) and coaxial and chip products, including miniature chips. attenuators in a 3060 package are under development to further fill the market void.

is a major concern in today’s electronic systems – from aircraft and unmanned vehicles to power supplies, automation equipment, and medical devices. These systems have densely packed circuits and high-speed components that increase the likelihood of interference that can degrade signals, resulting in compliance and performance failures.

Spectrum Control has published a technical note - Mitigating Electromagnetic Interference with Filtered Connectors. The note outlines the importance of limiting EMI, as well as novel integrated circular filtered connectors that address EMI while taking up less board space.

in San Francisco wrapped up last Thursday, and what a week it was!

The Spectrum Control booth was buzzing with activity all week. From exciting live demos of our mmW Block Converter SiPs to great conversations with attendees and channel partners, it was a great opportunity to connect and showcase our latest technology.

One of our most popular featured products was our Hi-Q Ultraminiature Glass Filter, which turned heads both at our booth and at RFMW's! Covering 0.5 to 10 GHz with high selectivity and low insertion loss, this compact surface-mount filter is designed for seamless system integration. It's no wonder it generated so much interest on the show floor.

We also had the opportunity to take part in press interviews with EE World Online and Microwave Journal where we shared our latest advancements and insights with the industry.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made the event a success. We’re already looking forward to in !

Last week during our Technology Summit, our team took time to step outside the office and into something truly meaningful: a day of service at a local shelter supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

We connected with 40 residents, 20 men and 20 women, through games of bingo, where we handed out Dunkin Donuts gift cards to the winners, and served up ice cream sundaes that brought out a lot of smiles. Some of our team also rolled up their sleeves to help paint the shelter’s fence, bringing a renewed sense of warmth and welcome to the shelter.

What began as a volunteer opportunity quickly became a humbling and powerful experience. It reminded us that while innovation drives our work, compassion defines our culture. We're proud to be part of a team that leads with both heart and purpose. A special thank you to Pine Street Inn for allowing us to be part of your mission, we’re honored to have shared the day with you.
