Wayne Metals is incredibly proud to celebrate Ralph and Andrew on their graduation from Level 1 and Level 2 of the Wells County Leadership Academy!

Watching our team members grow as leaders — not only within our company, but within our community — is something truly special. We are grateful to be part of a program so dedicated to developing strong, passionate leaders who make a difference in Wells County.

Big things are happening for the next generation of skilled trades!

Wayne Metals is incredibly proud to participate in the 7th Annual “Signing Day” hosted by the Adams Wells Manufacturing Alliance — celebrating students who are choosing to continue their careers in manufacturing, construction, automotive repair, and other skilled trades after graduation.

This event recognizes the hard work, dedication, and commitment these students have already shown through work-based learning, CTE programs, and internships while still in high school.

We are especially excited to officially welcome Max to the Wayne Metals team! We’re proud of the work he has completed and can’t wait to see all he accomplishes. The future of manufacturing is bright, and young talent like Max is exactly why.

After an incredible 38 years, Russell Ramsyer is retiring from Wayne Metals. His dedication, reliability, and willingness to step up—both in production and as a first responder—have made a meaningful difference to this team and to countless individuals along the way.

Our community has done it again! Thanks to overwhelming support and participation, we collected an incredible 5,786 non-perishable food items for Master’s Pantry! 🙌🛒💙
A huge shout-out to all the businesses and organizations who used their platforms for the good of our community—you made a real impact, and we’re grateful for every box, can, and donation shared. Also, to the volunteers at Master's Pantry for working with us for drop-offs and counting the massive amounts of food collected.
