Yesterday, Wayne Metals associates celebrated an incredible milestone — more than 500 days with no lost-time accidents!

A huge thank you to our EHS Coordinator, Aaron Westfall, for leading the charge every day to help keep our team safe — and for moonlighting as our grill master and serving up some pretty delicious burgers and hot dogs!

A big shoutout to Berne Apparel for bringing our employee T-shirt contest winner’s design to life. The shirts turned out awesome and were the perfect way to commemorate this milestone!

And most importantly, THANK YOU to every Wayne Metals associate. Safety only works when everyone buys in, looks out for one another, and makes safe choices every day. This milestone belongs to all of you.

500+ days down — and we’re not stopping here. Let’s keep looking out for each other and keep that safety mindset going!

We asked our employees to help us celebrate this milestone by designing a shirt that represents Wayne Metals, 500 days of working safely, and the people who made it possible — and they delivered!
