In 2025, Timberline made a commitment to increasing employee engagement in our community through volunteer opportunities. Our goal was not only to build a stronger connection to our community, but to build stronger connections among our employe owners as well!

Last week, we had the pleasure of doing our very first cleanup as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program. We look forward to future opportunities to serve our community and our employee owners!

⚾️ Last Saturday, Team Timberline enjoyed an evening at the ballpark – Veterans Memorial Stadium - celebrating hard work, collaboration, and the incredible people who make it all happen.

⚾️ Although our beloved Kernels lost by a single run, we shared laughs, cold drinks, good food, and a warm but beautiful Saturday evening together.

⚾️ We are reminded that great teams thrive on connection, both inside and outside the workplace.
