After more than three decades of dedication, we’re proud to celebrate the retirement of Keith Cox!
Since joining Marion Machine in 1991, Keith has set the standard for what it means to lead by example. From the welding shop to the assembly floor, his commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and doing the job right has made a lasting impact on our team and culture.
A master blacksmith, fabricator, and welder, Keith’s skillset is rare—but it’s his willingness to mentor others and share that knowledge that truly sets him apart. Generations of Marion employees have learned from him, and his influence will be felt for years to come.
