- A knowledge of thermal mass flow meter working principles

- Thermal mass flow meter applications

Job Responsibilities

- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules

- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

We are seeking a bookkeeper/administrative assistant to join our manufacturing company. Hours may vary from 20-40 hours per week based on employees desired schedule, between the hours of 7:00-5:00, Monday-Friday.

The ideal candidate must have the motivation and eagerness to learn. Preferred applicants will have experience with bookkeeping, working in an office, and/or working with QuickBooks. Considering the variety of duties for this position, candidates must have excellent multi-tasking skills.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, A/R, A/P, possibly some payroll processing assembling tax returns
scanning docs,data entry,handling incoming and outgoing mail,other general office assistant duties

Salary based on experience
